Essar, Loop promoters file bail pleas

Accused in the multi-billion dollar 2G scam, Essar and Loop groups directors appeared in a court in New Delhi on Saturday. Mukul Rohtagi, Counsel, Essar group, told reporters that the accused had appeared in court and had also filed their bail applications. He also said that the bail and framing of charges both would be argued on the 21st of April when it is brought up in court.
