Film censorship is a Central matter: Manish Tewari

Even as actor-producer Kamal Haasan threatened to leave India, much like MF Hussain, if his film Vishwaroopam was not allowed to be screened, Manish Tewari said that a film's censorship falls within the ambit of the centre.
