French Prez Nicholas Sarkozy arrives in India

French President Nicolas Sarkozy on Saturday arrived on a four-day official visit to India for expanding cooperation in defence, nuclear power, sustainable development and culture. Accompanied by wife Carla Bruni and a high-level delegation, including several key ministers of his cabinet and senior officials, Sarkozy reached Bangalore at 10 am. The highlight of his visit to the city will be his address to scientists at the India's space research agency ISRO on Saturday. This is Sarkozy's second visit to India during his tenure and the agenda includes signing of a mega nuclear deal, cooperation in areas of defence, culture and sustainable development.
