Fresh floods cause havoc in Assam

Fresh wave of floods hit Sivasagar district of Assam on Sunday. More than 20,000 people in Sonari and Nazira areas were forced into relief camps as overflowing Dikhow and Desang rivers inundated more than 100 villages.
