Geetika suicide: Chargesheet filed against Kanda, Chadha

Delhi Police today filed chargesheets against ex-Haryana Home minister Gopal Kanda and his close aide Aruna Chadha who are the prime accused in the infamous Geetika Sharma suicide case. Police have filed case under section 306, 506, 201, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. Charges levied against them include abetment to suicide, criminal intimidation, forgery, destruction of evidence and criminal conspiracy.
