Goa Geologist Suicide: Cong files complaint against Parrikar

Congress leader Sudip Tamhankar today filed a complaint at Ponda police station against Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar for allegedly abetting suicide of a suspended assistant geologist Dattatray Bhave.
