Govt keen to pass Right to Education Bill

Newly appointed Central Minister of Human Resource Development, Kapil Sibal in New Delhi on Sunday disclosed that the government of India is determined to pass the Right to Education bill in the ensuing budget session of the Parliament. Sibal expressed concern on the number of Indian students dropping out from schools. He said that the way to tackle this spurt is to get the free and compulsory Education Bill passed.
