Govt not serious about Nirbhaya fund: Meenakshi Lekhi

As the Rs 1,000-crore Nirbhaya fund remains untouched failing all measures to be taken for the improvement in the safety of women, BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi said that the government is not at all serious about the fund and that they are not spending the same.
