Gujarat is in a state of anarchy: Sanjeev Bhatt

Addressing a gathering at a 'Citizen's Convention' at Mehndi Navaz Jung hall in Juhapura, suspended IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt said a state of anarchy prevails in the state and there is a tremendous need to raise our voices against the injustice.
