Gujarat polls: Cong slams Modi govt over fund allocation

Countering the claims of Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader and Union housing and urban poverty alleviation minister Ajay Maken on Saturday alleged that state government had not used the funds allocated to it by the central government.
