Houseboat owners in J&K valley are busy giving a facelift to their boats in an attempt to woo tourists ahead of the summer season. It seems the houseboats are looking their best to woo tourists to the Himalayan resort, a respite from the scorching heat of the summers. The owners claim that the houseboats are being carpeted and embellished like 5 star hotels.
