India's Defence Minister A K Antony, on Monday said that the strengthening of army's presence in Arunachal Pradesh was not aimed at China. Last year the Arunachal Pradesh Governor JJ Singh, a former Indian army chief, had said that two new mountain divisions would be raised in the state, along the borders with China. Antony also said that India had no aggressive designs on any neighbor's territory, but added that it would also "not concede an inch of its territory."
