India beefs up security ahead of Chinese President's visit

Security agencies cast a tight security net around Ahmedabad, where on Wednesday Chinese President Xi Jinping will begin his three-day India visit aimed at allaying suspicions and boosting ties.Security personnel were deployed across the city and security was especially tight on the roads leading up to the airport in Ahmedabad.
