India, Brazil seek to build strategic relationship

India and Brazil, two of the world's emerging market giants, sought on Monday to forge a strategic relationship between their distant nations and enhance their role as a strong voice of the developing world. Speaking ahead of a banquet hosted by his Indian counterpart APJ Abdul Kalam, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said he wanted to raise ties between two nations to a higher level.
