India has never stopped flow of water to Pak: Farooq

Reacting to the comments made by Hafiz Saeed, the chief of militant outfit Jamat-ud-Dawa, India's Minister for New and Renewable Energy Farooq Abdullah said that India has never stopped the flow of water to Pakistan. Abdullah further slammed militant outfits, saying that they want to pursue war but India would not let their attempts succeed.
