India-Pakistan border on high alert

Security forces along the India-Pakistan border are placed on high alert as Pakistan is facilitating infiltrators to sneak into Kashmir prior to the winter snowfall that blocks the mountain passes in the region. This was disclosed by Kuldeep Khudda, Director General of Police of Jammu and Kashmir.
