India's moon mission leaves few villagers high & dry

After the launch of India's maiden moon mission Chandrayaan-I from Sriharikota, the entire country is cheering except the villagers of Byalalu and Chandrappa Circle villages near Bangalore where Deep Space Network is tracking the Chandrayaan – 1 satellite with the help of two large antennae. They wish the state government had not acquired their land at low rates. Byalalu village was chosen, as ISRO found the village logistically and technically feasible.
