Indian special envoys return on a positive note

Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon and National Security Adviser MK Narayanan who were deputed by the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh to visit Colombo on a flying visit, met the Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Friday. On their return to New Delhi on Friday, the emissaries told the media persons that they are hopeful of a positive outcome.
