Indian tax system stable: Pranab

Union finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has reassured American investors that proposed changes to India's tax law were meant to reduce uncertainty. Mukherjee speaking on the sidelines of the semi-annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank in Washington DC described US business concerns over India's retrospective tax laws as "misapprehension".
