Indo-Pak talks end without any breakthrough

The 11th round of talks on the Siachen issue between Defence officials of Pakistan and India concluded in Islamabad on Saturday without any breakthrough to end a 23-year-old stand-off over the world's highest battleground, the Siachen Glacier in the Himalayan mountains. The two sides however, reaffirmed their commitment to abide by a ceasefire they have been holding in Kashmir since 2003 and agreed to meet again.
