International Day of Happiness: What makes me happy?

The International Day of Happiness was started by the United Nations in 2012. It was established with the thought that conscious pursuit of happiness is a fundamental human goal. In a book written by Christine Carter, a sociologist at Berkley writes in her book 'The Sweet Spot' that only 17% of the adult population is said to be flourishing, fulfilling their potential for happiness, success and productivity. We asked residents in Delhi, what makes them sad, what makes them happy and what their formula for happiness is.
