IPL is getting disgraced Vilasrao Deshmukh

The cash rich league IPL of the BCCI is getting embroiled in one controversy after the other. The last week in particular has been a good enough proof that this is gradually being termed as 'Indian Problematic League'. Union Minister and President of the Mumbai Cricket Association Vilasrao Deshmukh says that till there are stringent rules in places, IPL is not doing its own reputation any good by getting into such situations.
