Italian marines will have to come back to India: Chandy

Stressing there will be no compromise, Kerala chief minister, Oommen Chandy on Wednesday made it clear that the two Italian marines guilty of killing two Indian fishermen while on anti-piracy duty will have to come back to India to face trial.
