Karnataka CM confident of presenting rail budget

Amid much ruckus, Karnataka chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda expressed confidence to present the state rail budget on Wednesday. The state is embroiled in a political battle on whether Gowda or former state chief minister BS Yeddyurappa would present the state's budget on March 21.
