Kashmir militants aim to sabotage state polls: Antony

Kashmir has witnessed a steep rise in militant activities for past few months. Militants hurled a grenade at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar on Saturday injuring two people including a paramilitary soldier. Indian Defence Minister A K Antony said that the upsurge in militant activities in Kashmir is an attempt to discourage state polls due for later this year.
