Katju should understand SC verdict before speaking: Lekhi

A day after justice Katju expressed reservations over the recent SC verdict barring convicted politicians from contesting elections, BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi on Sunday said that he should understand the context of the verdict before commenting it.
