Kishtwar violence: Heat in parliament

The issue of Kishtwar violence rocked both the houses of Parliament on Monday with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) slamming the Jammu and Kashmir government for stopping senior party leader Arun Jaitley from going to Kishtwar on Sunday and hinting at the state government's involvement in the violence.
