M'rashtra to allow only domiciled drivers fluent in Marathi

Maharashtra government announced to issue taxi licenses to only those who have a domicile status of 15 years and are well versed in Marathi, the local language of the region. However, this move by the government of Maharashtra has upset the cab drivers, a majority of whom may be unaware of Marathi language.
