Manmohan Singh is just like a night watchman: Modi

In his speech at the BJP National Council meet Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi did not leave any opportunity to lash out at Congress. Counting the failures of the government, Modi called Manmohan Singh an inefficient Prime Minister who works like a night watchman.
