Modi accuses UPA govt of practicing vote bank politics

Gujarat CM Narendra Modi on Sunday, who kicked off the BJP's South India campaign from Hyderabad, accused the Congress-led UPA government of practicing vote bank politics, and alleged that it is compromising on national security.
