Najeeb Jung takes oath as Delhi lieutenant governor

Najeeb Jung on Tuesday took oath as Delhi's lieutenant governor. The ceremony was attended by chief minister Sheila Dikshit, her council of ministers, and several top political leaders and bureaucrats.
