Narayanasamy defends Hooda over Khemka's transfer

Reacting on the controversial transfer of Haryana's land records officer Ashok Khemka, minister of state in the PMO, V Narayanasamy on Tuesday said that the transfer was done in accordance with administrative guidelines.
