Naxals are terrorists: Jairam Ramesh

Union rural development minister, Jairam Ramesh has slammed the Maoists by saying that they are terrorists, referring to their recent activity where they killed and barbarically stitched bombs to the bodies of dead security personnel in the rebel hot bed district of Latehar.
