Nexus exists between Maoists and civil liberties groups

Ashok Mohan Chakrabarti, chief secretary of West Bengal, said that a nexus exists between Maoist and civil liberties groups. He said NGOs like the People's Committee against Police Atrocities have emerged as the frontline organisations of Maoist groups.
