No roaming charges from next year: Kapil Sibal

Reiterating one of the points of a new telecom policy approved by the central cabinet in May, Union HRD minister Kapil Sibal on Monday said that cell-phone users will not have to pay roaming charges while using their connections in transit from state to state from next year.
