No time to pass quota bill in this session: Govt

Following a meeting called by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss the fallout of the Rajya Sabha scuffle, Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Wednesday said that there wouldn't be enough time to pass the Quota Bill in this session of the Parliament.
