'Pak not behind Mumbai attacks'

Former chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Patron of regional National Conference party or NC Farooq Abdullah on Saturday said that Pakistan was not likely to be behind the coordinated attacks in Mumbai, but their internal instability is a cause of concern. But Abdullah said that he believed that the attacks were not instigated by the Pakistani regime.
