Pak statement on Mumbai attack 'positive'

India welcomed Pakistan government's statement for the first time that 26/11 Mumbai attacks were partly planned in Pakistan, and it was holding in custody a ringleader and five other suspects. Pakistani officials shared the findings of the investigation with India's High Commissioner Satyabrata Pal, which the Home Minister P Chidambaram described as 'positive.'
