Pak to stop infiltration as precondition for peace talks

Kashmir's ruling National Conference chief and renewable energy minister Farooq Abdullah asked Pakistan to stop infiltration as a precondition for peace talks on Saturday. On his first visit to the Valley after taking over as minister for renewable energy in the Manmohan Sing government, Abdullah got a rousing welcome.
