Part 3: Highlights of railway Budget 2013-14

Union railways minister Pawan Kumar Bansal on Tuesday presented the much awaited rail budget for 2013-14 in the Lok Sabha, stressing on the need of next generation of e-ticketing system and the provision for free Wi-Fi services in trains.
