Patna blasts: 4 suspects arrested, BJP cries foul

After a total of four suspects were caught in Patna blast case which killed at least five persons and left over 90 injured, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain visited the victims at the hospital and blamed the government for under preparedness at the rally venue.
