PM campaigns in Arunachal Pradesh ahead of polls

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh spared no efforts to woo voters for the October 13 polls in Arunachal Pradesh. Addressing the rally, he said that the inter-district Arunachal highway passing through the middle of the hilly, tribal state will be completed by 2013.
