PM congratulates Indian defence scientists

As India on Thursday joined the elite club of five nations possessing the technological know-how to produce an Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), Prime Minister Manmohan Singh congratulated the scientists of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the successful test-firing of the Agni-V missile from Balasore in Orissa.
