PM expresses concern over increased communal riots

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while addressing the annual conference of Police chiefs in the capital today expressed concerns over increase in the number of communal riots and said that police forces need to be re-oriented to effectively track the sentiments of the people and inter-community tensions as they rise.
