PM’s speech disruption pre-planned: Khurshid

Congress Leaders have condemned the disruption of Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh's speech by a protester who unbuttoned his shirt and shouted slogans during an international conference in New Delhi today. Miffed over the incident, Union Law Minister, Salman Khurshid said that the protest was pre-planned.
