PM's visit to Sri Lanka for CHOGM unlikely

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is unlikely to visit Sri Lanka for Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting (CHOGM). CPI leader Atul Anjan said that the cancelation of the visit will adversely affect relations between the two countries.
