PM, Sonia wish for speedy recovery of gang rape victim

Congress president Sonia Gandhi and PM Manmohan Singh wished for the speedy recovery of the 23-year old gang rape victim who is still critical at Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. Gandhi refused to celebrate the 127th foundation day considering the serious situation prevailing in the nation.
