PM urges Kashmiris to shun violence, calls for talks

To resolve the unrest in the Kashmir valley, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told an all-party meeting in New Delhi today that dialogue is the only way out to ensure peace and development in the region. Dwelling at length on the recent unrest, Prime Minister Singh urged the youth to abjure violence and engage in dialogue to end the impasse.
