Police arrest suspended TMC leader Kunal Ghosh

Police have arrested suspended TMC lawmaker Kunal Ghosh in West Bengal for his alleged role and conspiracy in the state's multi-billion Sharda chit fund scam. The deputy commissioner added that Ghosh has been charged with IPC sections of 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 120B (conspiracy).
