Panic stricken poultry farmers at a village in the Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal buried thousands of chickens following the death of poultry in the area. Residents of Falakata town in Jalpaiguri district fearing an outbreak of bird flu, buried 2000 chickens when several birds were found dead in poultry farms.
